UNSHAKABLE FAITH

Faith That Is Steadfast And Unwavering

Unshakable faith. The kind of faith that is impossible to change, shake or beat down.

Would you like to stand against all troubles, persecutions, hurts, hard to bear circumstances with a faith so strong in Jesus it is absolutely unshakable? Would you like to have faith so strong and unwavering in Jesus that the devil does not even have a slight chance of making you doubt?

You Can

Do You Want To Know How?

The Old Testament says in Habakkuk 2:4, "..the just shall live by his faith." and it says this three more times in the New Testament. Rom. 1:17, Gal. 3:11 & Heb. 10:38.

Faith is not a sudden burst of emotion, a funny feeling, a hunch, goose bumps, quivers or tingling sensations, but an attitude of heart. When you really know your trust is in Almighty God, then you know everything is okay. When Jesus said in Mark 11:22, "Have faith in God" He was saying since faith is the gauge of success in spiritual matters, we should be constantly having faith in God.

Faith should say, "Lord, this problem may not turn out like I want, but you are in control. My need may not be suppliedd like I think it should, but you are in charge. You know what is best for me, therefore, I know everything will be okay, I know you will see me through. You said all things would work together for my good." (Rom. 8:28).

Too many people are trying to have faith in things such as, healing, deliverance, financial help, etc., instead of faith in Jesus. You don't have faith in healing, your faith should be in the Healer. You don't have faith in a specific deliverance, you have faith in the Deliverer. He is the author and finisher of our faith (Heb. 12:2). In Him are all things. Look to Him to do what is best for you. You have placed the keeping of your spirit and soul in His hands, is not the keeping of your body, circumstances and life long care safe in His hands? Of course it is.

Here is how to have unshakable faith.

1. You believe what God said in His Word.

"...your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him." (Matt. 6:8)

"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:" (Matt. 7:7).

"If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?" (Matt. 7:11).

13"And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14)

Following is the certainty of answered prayer.

23"For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. 24"Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them." (Mark 11;23-24)

There is unlimited potential in the following scripture.

"Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth." (Mark 9:23).

2. You place your life and everything that touches your life in the hands of Jesus.

I want to say here that it may not be easy, but it can be done.

Jesus said, "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you."(1 Peter 5:7)

5"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6)

TRUST means to confide in, so as to be secure and without fear. Webster says, "That which is committed or entrusted to one. Assured reliance on another's integrity and justice." In this case it would be Jesus.

"Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?" (Matt. 6:25)

3. You stand on the Word of God that says...

"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28)

Called according to His purpose means fitting into His plan.

Hebrews, chapter 11 lists people and their faith. The faith of these people was evident by the power they wielded in their lives to endure whatever to obtain heaven as their final home. The faith these people had is the kind we are suppose to contend for as listed in Jude 3.

Jesus has not changed (Heb. 13:8). He is still faithful, able and willing to do all we will, by faith allow Him to do.

It does not matter how great the troubles or circumstances, God's grace overshadows our lives like a rainbow over dark clouds.
