Holy Boldness

Oh, for Holy Boldness to claim what belongs to us through the atonement of Jesus Christ our Lord. God's people are invited to enter His throne room when there is a need or just to love Him. Every one of God's children has salvation, freedom, Healing, deliverance and blessings bought and paid for at the cross. As Christians, do we have needs, oh yes, and our Lord invites us to seek Him at the throne of grace. Hebrews 4:16 says,

"Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need."

And again in Hebrews 10:19-22. Let's read it.

"Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;

To be bold means to be courageous, fearless and daring. Are we daring enough to meet Jesus in His throne room to seek understanding of the many things He has done for us through the atonement.

The first and most important thing is understanding our salvation. If we have repented of our sins and accepted Jesus into our hearts as Savior and Lord then we are saved by His precious blood. Let's check out the Scriptures on that.

"In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;" Eph. 1:7

"Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us." Heb. 9:12

As new creatures we are free from condemnation. Romans 8:1 says,

" There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

We are justified by God. Romans 3:24 says,

"Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:"

Next, we are sanctified wholly or completely.

"Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate." Heb. 13-12

"And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ." I Thess. 5:23

" But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:" I Cor. 1:30

Then we should have HOLY BOLDNESS because we are a child of God. All who accept Him as Savior and Lord are His children. The Word of God tells us in John 1:12,

"But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons (or daughters) of God, even to them that believe on his name:"

Dear hearts, we should be shouting from the housetops that we are the children of God. We are free from Satan who tries to weigh us down with bondage, despair and defeat. And you know what? Jesus is very concerned about everything that touches our lives. He wants to be number one in our life.

What an honor to be asked to visit the Lord of Lords, the God of the Universe, the One Who owns the cattle on a thousand hills. Have a need? Jesus will meet that need and more. He will give us the desires of our heart.   God's Word tells us we have a standing invitation to visit Him in His throne room.

Let's go there often

I wish for you holy boldness to enter the throne room and just visit with Jesus

God Bless You!
